Commission Payments
Commissions are paid according to the terms specified for each offer. ViceOffers reserves the right to withhold payment for fraudulent or policy-violating activity.
5. Advertiser Terms
Advertisers agree to:
- Provide accurate offer information and terms
- Honor all valid conversions tracked through our platform
- Maintain sufficient account balance for commission payments
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website belong to ViceOffers or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
ViceOffers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
